Public Sector Digest (PSD) specializes in intelligence management for governments through consulting and applied research. PSD's product offerings are designed exclusively with governmental mandates, constraints, and requirements in mind. There is continuous collaboration between users and developers that produces critical refinements and features in all CityWide applications. Additionally, a rolling release cycle enables these changes to be pushed out to clients in a timely fashion. Clients are not forced to wait on customizations necessary for their internal procedures and practices.

From our state-of-the-art data center, we host client software and data instances over the web, accessible via browser. This means no additional hardware is needed at the client side. As a result, the majority of the implementation process is handled by CityWide experts, reducing the strain on the client. Additionally, patches and updates are rolled out seamlessly by CityWide staff to eliminate the lengthy collaborations of version migration. This methodology enables a consistent user experience for all our clients, regardless of internal IT environments.
